The steps to create your sign:
Today we have the advantage of Computer Software. This equipment is used to design and then cut out (or print) the images and letters that we originally had to draw and then paint by hand.
1. First we gather the info. (by email, Fax, phone call, or mail ).
2. Then we call and discuss the project with the client
3. We then recieve a deposit for the estimated cost
4. This allows us to spend time drawing up a few designs with your ideas in mind.
if we feel the need, we throw in an free design that may be a combination of your vision and our experience with similiar type businesses in the past that may enhance your business.
5. Each design will show the cost of production and different delivery options.
6. We then discuss different substrate (Backgrounds) depending on indoor, outdoor and where it will be installed. This may require another deposit if the substrate is expensive.
7. Afterward we order your material if it is not a stock item
8. We then cut or print your images and or letters
9. The process requires that we remove the unwanted material and then transfer tape the wanted images etc.
10. The substrate is cleaned and prepared. It is measured and guidelines are applied.
11. We then transfer the images etc. to the substrate while removing transfer tape and guidelines
12. wah la!!! we have just made a sign together!!
